Rewrote the Solo Consultant Ops landing page around the canonical outcome statement (reclaim your Sundays, the 7-phase engagement system). Codified ROI-claim discipline (self-evident maths, founder lived experience, attributed buyer testimonials only) into the public-copy rules.

First free pack ships. idea-clarifier turns a rough idea into a clear audience, offer, and ranked first action; first-skill-template scaffolds new Claude Code skills in the canonical Knack pattern. MIT-licensed, free Polar checkout, public on GitHub.
Solo Consultant Ops v1.1.0
Minor release. Added rate-card-calculator (a four-tier rate card derived from desired take-home, working weeks, billable utilisation, and overhead) and the engagement-coordinator agent (orchestrates the seven-phase consulting lifecycle across all five skills). Install scripts now read the version from PACK.yaml at install time, fixing the v1.0.1 banner regression.

Polar payment flow → Cloudflare Worker webhook → email delivery + signed download link working end-to-end. The site can take real payments, with the 14-day no-questions refund handled directly by Polar.
