Response time
One working day, UK time. Weekends and UK bank holidays count as one working day to the next. If you're past 48 hours without a reply, something has gone wrong on our end — please write again.
Security
Found a vulnerability in the marketing site, the worker, or a published pack? Email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject. Full disclosure policy at /.well-known/security.txt. We acknowledge inside one working day and credit responsible disclosures on request.
What we don't do
No phone support, no live chat, no Discord, no in-app messaging. Email keeps a paper trail and respects everyone's time. If you want a synchronous conversation, propose a time and we'll send a calendar link — but the reply itself is almost always faster.
