14 days, no questions.
If a Knack pack isn't doing the job for you, email us inside 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. We don't ask why and we don't try to save the sale.

How to request
Reply to your purchase confirmation email, or write to [email protected] with your Polar order ID and the words "refund please". One sentence is enough — though if you can spare a line on what didn't work, the catalogue improves more from refunds than from praise.
How long it takes
We process the refund inside one working day via Polar (our payment provider and Merchant of Record). Polar typically returns the funds to your card or bank in 3–5 working days after that. You'll get an automated confirmation from Polar when it's done.
Your licence key is invalidated at the same time. The pack zip is yours to keep on disk — there's no remote kill switch — but updates and re-downloads cease.
Beyond 14 days
If the pack stops working after an update, or you discover a serious defect later, write to us anyway. We'll either fix the pack and ship the update, or refund — whichever is fairer in the situation. Lifetime licences come with lifetime support; we don't hide behind the 14-day window.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase from the date you receive it. Because Knack packs are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, you waive the statutory cancellation right at checkout in exchange for instant access — but our voluntary 14-day no-questions policy above gives you the same protection in practice.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Chargebacks
Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Polar makes refunds quick and painless; chargebacks add weeks of admin and a fee on our side. We'll always refund first if the request is reasonable.
